Arch + Beam Global, Inc. is a management consulting firm that specializes in helping companies through their toughest operational and financial challenges.

Arch + Beam was founded in 1998 by a team of management consultants with experience from Deloitte & Touche, Accenture, and Booz Allen Hamilton. The Arch + Beam consultants bring the best of big consulting firm knowledge coupled with a pragmatic - "roll up your sleeves and get right in the trenches with our clients" attitude. We ourselves have owned businesses, have been through multiple business cycles, and have even closed down failing businesses. In short, we focus on working in a collaborative way with management teams, charging a rate that is fair, and bringing value such that our clients hire us again and refer us to their friends.

Matthew English Managing Director	Mr. English is an experienced operations and turnaround consultant focused on technology, media, and business services. He has a proven track record of helping companies improve performance and restructure operations. Clients include Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, eBay, NetApp, Fisher Investments, Callaway Golf, and SD Media. His expertise focuses on helping companies optimize their sales, customer operations, and delivery capabilities to drive increased productivity and margin improvement. Mr. English has managed global initiatives related to performance improvement, merger integration/divestitures, organizational restructuring, outsourcing, and process/IT improvement. His turnaround work has focused on helping companies leverage core business assets, adjust cost structures, and develop new revenue streams to enable business stabilization. Mr. English's international work experience includes engagements in the U.K, France, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, India, and China. He has managed multiple global Program Management Offices with teams reporting into him from the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. He is very experienced working across multiple cultures simultaneously, and knows how to build a high performing international team working face-to-face or remotely. He is on the Board of the Northern California Turnaround Management Association, an active member of the San Francisco chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, and a member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. He is a speaker and panelist on operations/turnaround topics and chairs a networking group focused on turnaround, restructuring, and bankruptcy professionals. His background includes working for Deloitte & Touche and Accenture. Matthew is also a Director at Bailey, Elizondo & Brinkman LLC, where he consults on operational turnaround cases and business restructurings. Education & Certifications Cornell University.  B.S. Bill English Operations Manager	Mr. English has managed the internal finance and operations of Arch + Beam and their portfolio companies since 1997.  He brings extensive business experience having been a partner in a family insurance business and a practicing attorney in New York State.  Mr. English's expertise includes knowledge of tax, HR accounting & finance, payroll, insurance and general administrative functions.  Education & Certifications State University of N.Y. at Buffalo.
