One cost optimization option that is now
available to small and large companies alike is outsourcing.
Arch + Beam has extensive knowledge of how to use
outsourcing to reduce costs, standardize processes, and
allow your key employees to focus on value-adding work (vs.
administration). We help our clients analyze their
business to see which business processes would be
appropriate for outsourcing, perform outsourcing vendor
selection, and then execute transition plans to move work to
the outsourcing location.
We have a set of outsourcing partners that can handle small
business outsourcing needs (as small as a handful of people)
up to large clients who often need hundreds of resources
with multiple languages. |

Rather than go through the expensive
process of bankruptcy, when appropriate, Arch + Beam will
work with our clients to explore out-of-court workout
options. An out-of-court workout mirrors the Chapter
11 bankruptcy process, but does it in a way that allows the
owners of the business to keep more control and incur fewer
administrative costs or delays. The goal of the
out-of-court workout is to keep the company as a continuing
business (e.g. a going concern) and negotiate with all
creditors to give the company the cash and extra time to
improve its operations for long-term survival.
We have a set of referral partners who will assist with any
specialized legal, valuation, and tax issues, so our clients
can come to Arch + Beam for the end-to-end coordination of
the out-of-court workout process. |
